As far as I know, Peter Kelder‘s book is the only written source of the priceless information it reveals: five
ancient Tibetan rites which hold the key to lasting youth, health, and vitality. For thousands of years these seemingly magical rites were shrouded in secrecy in remote Himalayan monasteries. The five rites were first brought to the attention of the Western world in the original edition of Peter Kelder’s book, published almost 50 years ago.

Since that time, the book and its extraordinary wealth of information have been largely lost and forgotten. The purpose of this new, revised edition is to bring Peter Kelder’s message back before the public in hope that large
numbers of people will be influenced and helped by it.

It is impossible to say whether Peter Kelder’s story of Colonel Bradford is based on fact, fiction, or a blend of the
two. But the validity of his message is beyond question. My own experience, as well as letters and notes from
readers throughout the world, proves to my complete satisfaction that the five rites do really work! I cannot
promise that the rites will erase 50 years from your age, transform you overnight, or make you live to 125. But I
do know that they can help anyone to look and feel years younger, and to gain a greater sense of well-being. If you
perform the rites daily, you should begin to notice results in 30 days or less. In about ten weeks, you’ll probably start
to see more substantial benefits. Whatever the pace of your progress, it’s always a thrilling moment when
friends actually begin to comment that you are looking younger and healthier.

If the five rites really work, the big question is how?

How could simple exercises have such a profound effect on the body’s aging process? It is interesting to note that
Peter Kelder’s explanation, which you are about to read, does find some support in recent scientific advancements.
Kirlian photography, which shows the body surrounded by an invisible electrical field or “aura,” does
indeed suggest that we are “fed” by some form of energy that permeates the universe. It is also true that the Kirlian
aura of a young, healthy person is different from that of an aging, unhealthy person.

In 1985 a book called The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth written by Peter Kelder was published which for the first time fully described an exercise program for “youthing”. This is an exercise program used by Tibetan monks to live long, vibrant and healthy lives. In fact, this book states that many have lived longer than most can imagine by following the program often called the “Five Tibetan Rites”. The benefits are described in this book and a subsequent book 2 with an expanded description of the program by the publisher called the Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth – Book 2, a companion to the original book by Peter Kelder. Many thanks to the publisher Doubleday for such a special an expanded explanation of the Five Rites.

Potential Benefits of the Five Rites

The authors provide many examples of the benefits of the “Five Tibetan Rites” including the following: looking much younger; sleeping soundly; waking up feeling refreshed and energetic; release from serious medical problems including difficulties with spines; relief from problems with joints; release from pain; better memory; arthritis relief; weight loss; improved vision; youthing instead of aging; greatly improved physical strength, endurance and vigour; improved emotional and mental health; enhanced sense of well being and harmony; and very high overall energy.

How the Five Rites Work

Medical professions explain the benefits based on their personal perspective and I suggest you read the entire two books for a broad overview. However, the majority share the view that the rites represent a system of exercise that affects the body, emotions and mind. The Tibetans claim that these exercises activate and stimulate the seven key chakras that in turn stimulate all the glands of the endocrine system. The endocrine system is responsible for the body’s overall functioning and aging process. This means that the Five Rites will affect the functioning of all your organs and systems, including the physical and energetic systems and that includes the aging process. The man who brought these Five Rights out of Tibet stated that “performing the Five Rites stimulates the circulation of essential life energy throughout the body”.

he following instructions are for the Five Tibetan Rites. When performing these exercises, you may begin with just one, move to increments of three, working up to a maximum of twenty-one. Be mindful of your body and how you are feeling, only do as many as you can without straining yourself.

Rite 1

Stand erect with arms outstretched, horizontal to the floor. If you are in the Northern Hemisphere, hold your left palm facing up, right palm facing down and spin around clockwise. If you are in the Southern Hemisphere, hold your left palm facing down, right palm facing up and spin counter clockwise.

Gradually increase number of spins from 1 spin to 21 spins, in increments of one or three.

Breathing: Inhale and exhale deeply as you do the spins.

Rite 2

First, lie flat on the floor, face up.
Fully extend your arms along your sides, and place the palms of your hands against the floor or under your sacrum for support.

Then, raise your head off the floor, tucking the chin against the chest.

As you do this, lift your legs, knees straight, into a vertical position. If possible, let the legs extend to 90 degrees, using your abdominal muscles; do not let the knees bend.

Then slowly lower both the head and the legs, knees straight, to the floor. Allow all the muscles to relax, continue breathing in the same rhythm.

Gradually increase from 1-21 in increments of three.

Breathing: Breathe in deeply as you lift your head and legs and breathe out, as you lower your head and legs.

Rite 3

Kneel on the floor, with the body erect.

The hands should be placed against the back thigh muscles. Incline the head and

neck forward, tucking the chin against the chest. Then, lift the head and neck backward and arch the spine. Your toes should be curled under during this exercise.

As you arch, you will brace your arms and hands against the thighs for support. After the arching, return

to the original position, and start the rite all over again. Repeat in increments of three, up to 21.

Breathing: Breathe in deeply as you arch the spine, breathe out as you return to an erect position.

.

.

.

.

.

Rite 4

Sit down on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you and your feet about 12 inches apart.

With the trunk of the body erect, place the palms of your hands, facing your feet, on the floor alongside the buttocks.

Then, tuck the chin forward against the chest. Now, drop the head backward as far as

it will go.

At the same time, bend your knees, feet flat on the ground and lift the hips up. There should be a straight line from the collar bone to the knees, your back is straight, and the knees bend while the arms remain straight.

The trunk of the body will be in a straight line with the thighs, horizontal to the floor. Relax your muscles as you return to the original sitting position.

Breathing: Breathe in as you raise up, breathe out fully as you come down.

Rite 5

To begin the fifth rite, begin on your hands and knees. The hands should be shoulder width apart with the fingers facing forward. The knees are directly under the hips, shoulder width apart.

Curl your toes forward, to get ready to come up, take your knees off the ground and raise your hips up, to be in a triangle position or downward dog position, the second position from the pictures.

Then, bring legs down to the ground and lift your head up. The spine is arched. Make sure not to strain your back and only go as far as your body is comfortable.

Throughout this rite, the elbows are kept straight.

Breathing: Breathe in deeply as you raise the body, breathe out fully as you lower it.

In the realms of anti-aging we have the exercises usually called the Tibetan Rites. On the back cover of my copy from Peter Kelder, is the question, ‘Can five ancient Tibetan rites really make you look and feel years younger?’ My answer from my experience so far is yes. Certainly, I am feeling younger. I am doing other things, as one does, of course, so I cannot categorically say that is all due to the Tibetan rites.

People are claiming miraculous results just after 2 weeks, that’s not bad in any ones mind. It’s said that it also helps you get the right mindset about exercising which will be very beneficial for a lot of people.

The book starts with an account of Kelder’s own introduction to the 5 rites, by a mysterious retired British army officer who learned the secret while journeying in the Himalayas around the turn of the century. The book then offers practical instructions for each of the five rites, which are similar to yoga postures. They take just a few minutes a day to perform, and the benefits for practitioners have included weight loss, increased energy, improved memory, new hair growth, improved digestion, pain relief, and just plain feeling younger.

It’s important to get in the habit of doing the exercises daily as you’ll get most benefit from them that way. I find that the easiest way is to do them as soon as I wake up, even before cleaning my teeth. It’s a simple habit and works well for me. You may find that another time of day suits you better and that’s fine – the important thing is that you carry them out each and every day as the cumulative effect is very beneficial.

The five rights have many benefits including rejuvenation, better sleep, a refreshed body and higher energy levels. People who have preformed the five rights report to have rid themselves of many ailments, and spine related problems. People have also reported better memory, and relief from arthritis as well as weight loss.

Like the ‘eye of revelation’ for 25 centuries only men had access to this one exercise. Now it has been revealed that women can gain a whole lot of benefits from this exercise, making it worthwhile to both men and women. This in itself has to be a blessing for all concerned about their health and want to do something about it.

Peter Kelder’s book can be found in major book stores and on amazon.com . If you just can’t wait to get the book, I did find a free resource online. It is a site that offers a short summary of the five rites, as well as an explanation how to perform them, so if nothing else, it’ll get you cracking until you get Kelder’s book.

And that’s a difficult question to answer as the kind of scientific studies needed to show that haven’t been done (partly I think because there’s no money involved for the big companies to perform that kind of research).

If you are new to yoga techniques of breathing and relaxation, then you should start out slowly.

Start by performing three to five repetitions of each of the movements once a day. Pay attention to what your body is telling you and do not strain any position that causes pain that indicates possible injury. A little soreness is ok but really you should start out slow enough not to have any physical hindrances the following day.

Good luck!

The Eye of Revelation is truly a revelation. It reveals to you information which has been known and used by men in far-distant lands for centuries. It is information which has been thoroughly tried and tested. Information that will stem the tide of premature old age with its attendant weaknesses and senility. This is information for which Ponce de Leon, and thousands of others down through the ages, would have given all they possessed.

The Eye of Revelation will often produce remarkable mental and physical changes within a month. So much so, in fact, that one gains new hope and enthusiasm, with which to carry on. However, the greatest results come after the tenth week. When you stop to consider that the average person has endured his afflictions from 20 to 30 years, to obtain gratifying results in such a short time as weeks sounds almost miraculous.

As long as you live and practice The Eye of Revelation you will get more and still more gratifying results.

Most Important: The information given in The Eye of Revelation was, for centuries, confined strictly to men. Now, to the surprise and delight of all concerned, it has been found that women, too, get equally beneficial and amazing results. Now, man or woman, can go on to grand and glorious things, regardless of environment or circumstances.

Get started at once on the marvelous work of youthification, and may success, health, energy, power, vigor, virility, and Life dog your footsteps forever.

The first week, start between 3 and 5 repetitions of each exercise. That will roughly take 5-10 minutes. Each week, add two additional repetitions until you reach 21 repetitions of each 5 exercise, which will take you about fifteen to twenty minutes on the whole. It is not necessary or useful to make any more, stop at 21. Breath calmly, deeply and rest between each exercise.

1. This exercise reinforces our personal magnetic field. It is really very simple but also very effective. It consists of revolutions, the arms in a cross, the left palm towards the ground and the right towards the sky. The eyes remain open for obvious reasons. The easiest is to swivel on the right foot which remains on the ground and to push with the left foot.

At the end of the revolutions, the two feet drawn aside the width of the shoulders, flat on the ground, the hands joined like “prayer”, one closes the eyes (if possible) to visualize our magnetic field. Wait until the dizziness ceases.

2. Lay on your back, both arms along the body, take a great in-breath. While expiring, take your head of the ground, try to touch your chest with your chin and raise the legs as high as possible. These two movements must be carried out at the same time. Do not fold the knees. Then go down again the head and the legs together gently towards the ground while inspiring. Start again.

3. Starting position on knees, feet pointed towards the ground, the chin on the chest and hands hung under the buttocks. Breath in, send the head, the shoulders and the trunk towards the back in a slow and continuous movement. The point of pivot is at the level of the pelvis. Expire while going back to the starting position.

4. Sit on the ground, legs extended in front of you, the hands on the ground beside your buttocks and the chin on the chest, you slip the buttocks towards the heels and raise all the body to form a reversed bridge and you drop the head towards the back while inspiring. You return to the starting position while expiring.

5. Lay on the ground, face down, pointed feet, the arms support the body arch backwards. Take a big breath. While expiring, raise the buttocks highest possible to form a “V” reversed. Go back to the starting position while inspiring.

If you are regular, you will notice an improvement of your general state and your energy in a very short time. Good Luck!
