If you want to be in a better shape or even to lose a few pounds – TFT (The Five Tibetan Rites)  is a good start.

I will tell you my story. My own experience.

These exercises as believed came from Tibet and Yoga of Tibet. But TFT has a very important difference. These exercises are very simple and at the same time very effective. 10-15 munites every day and you see the results in a couple of months. I see :–)
